This Position reports to:Team Lead Administrative Services & Site Communications

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

Administrative Services & Communication MOHP - ABB, Untersiggenthal

The position is based in Untersiggenthal, near Baden.
Your main responsibility will be to support employees from various departments in ensuring the smooth running of their daily work, as well as managing projects responsibly.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Onboarding and offboarding of new employees; Procurement of work materials (IT, hardware, software, office equipment, etc.).
* Technical support for all IT related questions; Invoice processing using SAP based tools.
* Event planning for employees and important (including international) customers; Management of promotional items in collaboration with our advertising agency.
* Collaboration on improving internal workflows; Internal communication on current topics using various tools.

Qualifications for the role:
* Student from a WMS or HMS
* Knowledge of Office 365, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint
* Willingness to work with additional Office tools
* Good English skills
* High level of engagement and on-site presence
* Solution-oriented and self-managed working style
* Team spirit and a motivated and collaborative mindset
