Mission
As a Human Risk Officer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Risk Team in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with human behavior, ethics, and conduct within the bank. Your primary focus will be on preventing risks such as fraud, misconduct, conflicts of interest, insider threats, and non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head of HR Risk, HR Recruiters, and employees, as well as external stakeholders on matters related to Human Risk Management and Background Checks for new hires.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and execute background check procedures for current employees at the group level.
Communicate directly with employees to gather necessary information and documentation.
Collect, review, and analyse data and supporting documents.
Conduct additional research to verify and validate information as needed.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of ongoing cases.
Summarize findings and prepare comprehensive final reports.
Identify and escalate any discrepancies or risks detected during the process.

Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or HR processes is a plus.
Perfectly bilingual and operational in French and in English (written and speaking)
