As a P&O Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in various aspects of HR functions. If you're a proactive self-starter with great communication skills, we invite you to embark on this enriching journey with us!

What you will do:
Perform P&O (HR) functions, including but not limited to:

* Optimize the P&O related process by digital tools.
* Support in recruitment activities, such as interview arrangements and candidate sourcing.
* Prepare P&O monthly reports as needed.
* Manage personnel document filing and organization.
* Provide departmental administrative support.

What we are looking for:

* Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Office
* Basic understanding and skills of RPA tools, such as Power Automate and VBA, etc.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A self-starter with ownership
