Support the follow-up of HR agendas related to the Supply Chain function Provide operational assistance in processes such as recruitment, promotion, internal mobility, and organizational changes Prepare and track relevant reports and data Support updates and data accuracy within HR systems Actively contribute to the planning and execution of new HR projects Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations Contribute to data analysis and reporting processes
Requisiti del candidato:
3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year Fluent in both English and Turkish Available to work full-time in İzmir or Manisa Plant between July 1 - August 31 Proficient in MS Office programs Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
