Your Task

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical technical service provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of technical services to our customers, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Recording incoming orders and quality control
* Forwarding approved orders to the appropriate groups
* Monitoring and documentation of pending orders
* Preparation of reports and statistics
* Liaising and continuous consultation with project managers
* Initiating an escalation procedure in case of critical problems
* Proactive error resolution and prevention of predictable delays/outages
* Development of the knowledge base
* Collaboration with other teams
* Independent work, occasionally with the help of a professional manager
* Documentation of technical details (e.g. definition of access routes, components, backbone sources, level of service)
* Updating the systems throughout the process

Requisiti del candidato:

Your Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Service Provider with strong organizational skills, customer-oriented mindset, and proficiency in English and MS Office tools. The ideal candidate must be an active full-time student with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must Have Skills

* Active, full-time student legal relationship
* Ability to work at least 20 hours a week
* Intermediate level of English language skills (interpreting and writing professional emails)
* Knowledge of MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
* Precise and accurate work approach
* Monotony tolerance
* Good problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Team player attitude

Nice to Have Skills

* Knowledge of the German language
* Network knowledge (CCNA)
* Knowledge of AI tools
