Infrastructure Automation & Network Operations Intern

The candidate's future tasks:

Working closely with Test Engineers while operating a software tester team's infrastructure and internal network:

* Infrastructure Operation and Development: Configuration of Windows servers, domain administration (user and computer management), Linux server management (Docker, Prometheus, MQTT broker)
* Automation and Configuration Management: Development and standardization of Ansible/AWX playbooks, automation of installation processes and configuration management servers
* Virtualization and Platform Management: Operation of virtualization environment (e.g. XCP-ng, ESXi), template automation, maintenance supervision
* Network Solutions: VLAN configuration and troubleshooting of internal test network
* CI/CD and Release Pipelines: Supervision, troubleshooting, and enhancement of build/release pipelines

Expectations:
* Ongoing higher education (electrical engineer, software engineer, mechanical engineer, mechatronics engineer or similar)
* Programming knowledge in C# and/or Python (with AI assistance, e.g., GitHub Copilot)
* Knowledge of network configurations
* Knowledge of MS Windows 11, MS Office
* Communication level English language skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team, flexibility
* Independent, able to solve problems, analytical mindset
* Motivation to continuous self-development

Advantages:

* Knowledge of Linux systems and administration
* Knowledge of Windows Server configuration
* Knowledge in managing and developing CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with automation tools (e.g. AWX, Ansible)

* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
