Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in recruitment and learn the end-to-end selection process, starting with the early stages through candidate screening.
You will explore different business domains and countries within our EMEA region, gaining insight into the diverse career paths our organization offers. Along the way, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, develop an understanding of our organizational structure and workforce planning (what happens behind the scenes of hiring), and build practical skills with industry leading recruitment tools.
Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a student who is available for a minimum of six months, eager to learn, and ready to build their career
During This Internship, You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Gain hands-on practical experience in the full recruitment cycle.
* Support internal hiring processes
* Learn how to use sourcing tools and analyze market trends
* Explore the various domains, countries, and career paths within our organization
* Develop an understanding of recruitment KPIs
* Strengthen your communication skills by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
* Understand our organizational structure and workforce planning processes
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Proficiency in English and German/French/Italian or Other European Language
* Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
* Ability to collaborate in a fast paced environment
