HR Services Intern - Your future position?​

In this Budapest-based role, you will provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Services team - focusing on Advisor support via administration. ​

You will​
* Work together with HR advisors in order to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration​
* Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities​
* Monitor workflows and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least) ​
* Add manual data entries into the HR system​
* Handle easy cases​

Our requirements​
* Ongoing college or University studies for at least another 1 year​
* Fluency in English​
* Availability to work minimum 20 hours per week (you can work up to 40 hours per week)​
* Technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office, job boards and application tracking systems​
* Ambitious, interested and customer focused attitude
* Precise, accurate work​
