Main responsibilities:

* Supporting event management
* Performing administrative tasks
* Managing regulatory documentation
* Maintaining contact with partners

About you

Experience:

* Active university student status
* Minimum 25 hours of work per week

Soft and technical skills:

* Native Hungarian and intermediate level English language skills
* Confident use of MS Office
* Proactive attitude and precision
* Database management, MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Event or travel organization experience
* Digital interest and proficiency in AI usage

Languages: Native Hungarian and intermediate english
