You will support daily Front Office operations, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as Front Desk, Guest Service Center, Reservations, and coordination with Housekeeping. You are expected to learn quickly, show initiative, and assist the team in delivering professional and friendly service to guests. You will also build strong communication skills, develop a service mindset, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience
Requisiti del candidato:
* Currently studying Hotel Management or related field
* Passion for excellence in service and teamwork
* Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
* Determination to succeed
* Language: both Vietnamese and English
