everything (time of classes, etc.) seems to be disorganized at first sight, but surprizingly enough things work out fine at the end. you better get used to it since these cultural differences will hardly change.
better accessibility to computer labs would be great (opening hours)!

if you want to learn greek, try to get into contact with local students. being in the country is the best way to learn it. at university and with other exchange students you will mostly english, which also improves your language skills.

housing: apartment was overpriced
nightlife: drinks in bars/clubs are a lot more expensive than in vienna.
travel: i did more travelling than at home. ferries and accomodation is very cheap in pre-season, though!
