more information on the quality of the courses would have been useful, as well as some information on how the grades are transformed at the home university

go there if you have the opportunity, as everything, it has advantages and disadvantages, but all in all I would estimate the advantages and the positive experience much higher

if you go to Nice (France in general), don't forget to apply for the CAF (grant for the rent, even to foreigners). another hint: all museums in France are free on the first Sunday every month. one thing I would do differently the next time is to prepare myself better as far as language skill is concerned, I have to admit that I overestimated the once-you-are-in-the-country-effect and had some difficulties at the beginning.

It's ok, but academically far overrated as far as I can see.. Finance Masters are supposed to be great though.

If you're in it to learn something, try something else. If you're in it to have fun under blue skies, meet loads of international students and want to increase your knowledge of the French language, go here. One tip which will save you a lot of frustration on travelling and getting across town: buy a scooter. It will cost you virtually no money at all, as you will be able to sell it at a good price when you leave. Also, get a local bank-account for Carte Bleu; saves frustration at registers when your card from home is not accepted.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Attending l'Edhec there is no other choice but to find accommodation yourself as it is a private school rather than a university. I would choose to reside in an appartment or flat as it gives you freedom to do what you like and it is what i am used to doing.

Personal comments
The school does not have any accommodation as one it is too small and two most of the students commute, therefore there is no need to provide accommodation. Finding housing in Nice is difficult due to the demand from students and professionals alike. If you do find housing you often do not get very much for your money especially if you want to live right in the centre. My school was situated a 30 min bus journey from nice centre, i choose to live in the old part as it is where all the shops are etc and if you want to go out at night it is easier to get home. However being located in the centre means that accommodation is generally smaller, more expensive and not to such a high standard as it is nearer the university and airport.

the school is very small so you ghet to know most people quite quickly. it has a vast range of subjects that you can choose to study in english or french. you will get to meet so many international students therefore experiencing lots of cultures in addition to the french.

if you intend to go to Nice try and find accommodation before coming otherwise arrive a good week before you start your course so that you have time to search for nice accommodation rather than having to put up with the something as it is better than not having antwhere else to live.

The program helps to understand the scope of the business. I also appreciate the opportunity to do internships abroad. And then, the Edhec brand allows a wide choice of exchanges in prestigious universities. The "career center" helps us throughout our procedures and in our choices in case of hesitations.
