In the international student resident ISR there is not actually that much rooms for international students as many of the rooms have been rented for local students.
Most of the Erasmus students had to find a place to live all by themselves. Some lived in pretty crappy conditions.
I lived at FMZ. It's a bit costly, but it was good.
Take Duenas' courses.
Be prepared, the selection of the courses can change a lot between choosing them for your learning agreement in your home university and coming to Kufstein..

FH Kufstein is really easy. You don't have to study at all.
The selection of everything at the food stores is quite small. And many Austrian foods are either really greasy or super sweet.

If you go to FH Kufstein, prepare to travel and go to places, because after two weeks Kufstein is really boring place.
The University is in many ways bad, but on the other hand it's really easy.
Nightlife is also quite boring. There are like two places worth going to, and they are... well, they could have been better.
But I think it's the people and traveling that matter after this erasmus experience is over.

The German language teacher was really bad. She only wrote words on the board. We did not learn to use those word. So if you want to learn German, you have to do it somewhere else than in a FH Kufstein class room
