People in the Netherlands are very opened. Therefore I never had to face any difficulties to address to anyone, neither in the university nor in my daily life in the host country. The main factor is only to overcome yourself and open up yourself to new environments and situations in your life. There is no need to be shy or afraid of strangers but to show interest will show you progress in any kind of situation.

It was very good to attend to lessons which were taught in English to learn vocabulary on business. Besides, we had to work in teams, where the main language was English. It was a very good opportunity to improve my fluency.

I could have chosen England for improving my English, but as i already knew England and as i knew that Dutch people spoke English, i decided to go study there! And i never encountered any communication problems!

I tried to learn Dutch before I left, but most of my interaction with the Dutch would be in English, or basic elementary Dutch

Most of the people in Europe speaks english, that way I didn't really learn dutch but I got to practice my english.
