a lot of noise expensive not clean far from the town centre but the avantage is the proximity to the it and the facilities

Although in the IT was a list with rent houses I had to search by myself almost everything.

Join the Clubs & Societies. For example I join the Discover Ireland Society which helped organise trips around Ireland. Also joined the International Society and had a wonderful German Exhibition and organised many other cultural nights. Relax and enjoy your experience in Sligo. People are friendly.

Pubs are all OK. Drinking after Closing time: TNC (beside Envy Nightclub). ENVY: dirty place, strong drinkers... VELVET Room is a better place to go.
