Contacting departments is a joke. Staff hiding behind Unanswered phones, machines, emails and online forms.
Examination office - zero customer service by unhelpful admin staff who never pick up the phone ....nor care. Where are people???
Quick to take your money through.
Too big , disjointed and disorganised. Avoid this place
