Estudios
Recomendaciones de cursos
Well, in advance I had to make a pre-declaration of courses but later I had the whole month (October)to make a final declaration. So I could talk to teachers, ask about everything, talk to students etc.I could pick the courses from the whole faculty of Business&Economics and also 2 subjects from different faculties of Complutense. So I picked some courses from Business Science, Economics, European Studies and also from Spanish and English Filology.I recommend to take time while choosing subjects, talk to teachers, students and take courses not only from your main field of study.

Well, to me everyting was OK, but compering to my University in Poland, the standard of courses and then the final exames at Complutense were "easier" then in Poland. But on the other hand in Madrid I was asked to do much more 'practical' proyects, presentations etc. So overall, I liked it.

Factores imporantes para mi elección
(1) Sin importancia – (4) Muy importante
Recomendación personal
Well, Complutense is the biggest university in Spain. There are some red tape problems and not everything is clear to a foreigner. As far as the Faculty of Business&Economics is concerned, they have quite wide offer of courses but all of them are in Spanish. The standard and quality of courses is actually up to teachers so before making a final declaration I suggest making an "investigation" in advance ;);).

Well, to get to Madrid, the best way is to take a plane and get off at Barajas Airport. In Madrid, to move through the city so called ABONO is a must!It costs about 35 euro/month and you can use all means of public transport (metro, bus). Madrid is localizated in the center of Spain so travalling by buses, trains you can visit the north of Spain (Pais Vasco, Cantabria, Galicia), the east coast ( Catalunia), the south (Andalucia) and have a trip to Portugal!! :):) Euro26 Student Card gives you some discounts.

Alojamiento
Tipo de alojamiento: Piso o apartamento
Organizado por: Independientemente - por elección propia
Si volviera, eligiría: Piso o apartamento
¿Por qué?
I shared an apartment with other erasmus students, we founded it so the price, localization etc. was exacly that we wanted.

Comentario personal
There is a special office that deals with the housing matters for erasmus students. If you want them to find a room for you, you have to apply for it and pay for it long long time in advance and actually the localization and 'conditions'of the apartment are not up to you. That's why I decided to look for a place to live independently with some erasmus friends.

What can I say? Madrid!Madrid! There's planty of night spots and in general places to go out and have fun!The best "night" spots are localizated through areas like: Malasaña, Plaza 2 de Mayo,Tribunal, Moncloa, Arguelles, Chueca, Santa Ana, Atocha, Sol, Gran Via, Latina...The list is endless! The place famous of it's cheap and delicious tapas is "Urgallo" near to Principe Pio metro station. The best place to have a coffe or churros con chocolate is for sure "San Gines" near to Opera metro station.
