Universidad de Granada (UGR)

I took four couses during the first semester: Política Árabe, Antropologia Política, Seguridad y Defensa and Comunicacion Política. I also sat in the classes of Arabic. I loved every one of my classes and really liked the attitude of the professors. There was a lot of interaction during the classes and we were asked to voice our oppinion, which was great not only for our understanding of the subject, but also for our Spanish. Regular preparation for classes was necessary, but definitely worth it.

The only thing was, that because of the high number of international students, the interaction with the local students was not that intensive. However we managed to conduct all of our conversations in Spanish, even with the international students, which was a great thing. All the courses were conducted in Spanish and I would not change this.

I wished that I would have known that I would not have been taking classes with other Spaniards.

I highly recommend this univeristy, especially if you like to go out and have fun! It is a total university town, and you can meet alot of other international students as well.
