At first it was horrifying to hear people talking nearby and only understand hello and goodbye. In the beginning I feared that I would never be capable of holding a conversation in Italian. However, by the end of the trip I could spend weekends with my Italian friends in Naples and understand the majority of what they were saying...even the slang!
I wish I would have known how much I was going to enjoy my experience abroad so that I would have signed up for a full year rather than one semester.

I think this university is best suited for international business majors. The courses are not easy and the students you study with are very intelligent and well versed on international affairs.

Living in Italy, studying in Milan was they best experience of my life. I learned to appreciate a culture entirely different from my own and would love to have the opportunity to return to this incredible country as a working professional.

Pourquoi?
While studying in Milan I had the opportunity to live with two Italian undergraduates. I think this experience allowed me to truly understand and appreciate all aspects of the language and culture.

The housing for some students was impeccable. Unfortunately my apartment was extremely small and slightly dirty. However, these things did not stop me from enjoying my time with my two amazing, Italian roommates.
