Some students speak english or a little bit French, but don't count on it. If you want to survive in Romania, you have to learn Romanian. Nobody of the administration (for visa,...)can speak a foreign language

Noisy, dirty, nice neighbours, near the university, near student-restaurants and internet. As a foreign student you have a room of your own, the showers and the toilets you share with the others. The room is big enough, because normally they sleep with two there.

On the campus there are a lot of nice cafes, don't go in the city-center, the ones you find there are more expensive.
It's very cheap to go to the film, every film is in the original version.
The best parties are privat parties, at the other parties, there is only Romanian folkmusic and latin- music
