It's not difficult to understand australian accent as fas as they are highly educated. However, 1-2% of lecturers speak very australian and thereby very difficult to understand

Uni provides v.good services to students; staying close to uni is better than staying far away since it'll take tram fees so there's not much difference in renting fees
