You have to underatake more responsibilities, you get more adapted to the way of living in that country...paying bills, cooking your own food, learning to share more things with others.

Llanbardarn was not such a great place to live in mainly because of the very bad heating system. However it is a great way to make (international) friends so it is worth living there anyway. My room was huge, which was nice.

Halls of residence are oki but try to get private accommodation. Not only is it cheaper but it is also far better in terms of location, price etc.

Because seafront apartments have bigger rooms, bigger kitchen and the view is amazing!

residences with privete bedrooms allow you to study whenever you want and to participate in social life as well; in a flat studying could be a problem
