VIE - Operations Controlling Analyst M/F - Brussels - 12 months

In this role, the Operations Controlling Analyst will report to the Operations Controller - Benelux and play an active role in supporting the business in driving value growth through analysis and supporting the operations controlling team and collaborating with operations business partners.

Main responsibilities:
* Support Operations Controller during the UNIFY project change , with key role in bringing improved cost allocations in new CFIN SAP and Tagetik
* Perform various tasks during month end closing & GPS process to provide accurate and complete financial reporting
* Partner with business in costing of co-packing SKUs, interacting with supply planning & RGM for various requests and working on Inno/Reno business cases with IPRO and Marketing
* Support Operations Controller during AOP process during the TP campaign

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge in Excel
* Fluent in English, French is an asset
* Ability to manage tight deadlines
* Strong prioritization skills
* Team-oriented
* Detail-oriented
* Calm under pressure

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
* You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
* You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
* You have never done a V.I.E before.
