JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Into the department of Customer Service of Business Unit Truck, for the PMO function, we have an open position as junior project manager

Your day-to-day work is to
* Work with the Head of PMO to govern and administrate key programs and projects of Customer Service project portfolio
* Supervise projects development, support project teams with daily challenges, help to keep a positive team spirit/motivation
* Help project teams with planning by challenging roadmaps, milestones, activities breakdown using an agile approach
* Highlight project deviations from goals, structure project roadblocks for escalation
* Ensure proper preparation and storage of project documentation to provide project updates on a consistent basis, to various stakeholders
* Keep up with project spending and budget, provide administrative guidance and support with budget spending interacting with purchasing and finance departments
* Support PMO Head in preparing program reviews with senior management and leadership

* Experience and ability to be effective in a remote working environment; knowledge and prowess in using Teams videocalls and chat
* Ability to be proactive and independent
* Project management professional qualification and/or proven experience
* Project management tools and execution experience
* Good communication; written and spoken skills; strong in powerpoint presentation
* Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems
* Good human relation skills
* Ability and inclination to give attention to details

With this experience, you will
* Develop and strength your execution and leadership skills so to increase your confidence in managing project as well as in driving team's performance and motivation
* Refine your ability to prepare budget, track cost to meet budget, support suppliers tender and on-boarding learning about purchasing process and dynamics, evaluate proper resources to reach objectives so to master overall project administration
* Be mentored and coached by shadowing Head of PMO and by being exposed to senior management so to develop your ability to navigate complex organization, to communicate at different levels
