The Aerosafety Division (DASY) develops a wide range of inflatable systems (evacuation slides, helicopter emergency flotation systems, life rafts and life vests) for commercial and military aircraft, as well as oxygen systems for pilots and passengers.

At Safran Aerosystems, you will join the Oxygen Systems Europe activities, a world leader in aircraft oxygen distribution systems. Oxygen Systems Europe designs, manufactures, and maintains a full range of oxygen masks, boxes, and distribution systems for both civil and military applications, serving international customers.

As part of your support activities to Production Purchasing:

Take responsibility for consolidating Export Control data for all purchased products: contacting suppliers and collecting data, reviewing and approving this data with the Export Control Manager, updating data in the ERP system, and providing weekly reporting to management based on defined KPIs.

Manage blocked production purchase requests (no existing approved supplier or invalid commercial conditions) by ensuring:

o Weekly extraction of data from the ERP system and related reporting to all commodity buyers for analysis.
o With the support of commodity buyers, launch and manage Request for Quotations with shortlisted suppliers.
o Updating ERP data following supplier selection and validation of proposed commercial terms.
* In coordination with commodity buyers, manage all required Request for Quotation within the Procurability process (legacy products inactive for more than three years), monitor supplier consultations, and follow up until supplier selection and commercial terms are validated for ERP update.

- Provide operational support to commodity buyers in deploying their strategies (transfers, dual sourcing, etc.).

Proactive and curious, with a strong interest in technical matters (reading technical drawings, and engaging in technical and economic discussions with suppliers).
Master's degree (Bac+5) in a postgraduate procurement/supply chain program, ideally with first experience in industrial purchasing.
Fluent English level required.
