Job Description

You will join our team within the Operations Department, which is looking for a Middle Manager, Back Office & Review, for an apprenticeship lasting 1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with our manager, you will be brought. to carry out different activities allowing to acquire great versatility in the profession of Middle Office and Back Office.
As part of your role, you will be required to be in contact with the front office and compliance or legal.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Relationship entry: awareness check, client scoring;
* Escalation to compliance of suspicious operations, atypical operations, by integrating the dimension of tax fraud;
* Management of third-party openings / accounts: completeness checks, entries or information integrations of accounts (Solvency and Valuation Insurance (ASV), Current Account (CC), Financial Investment Advice (CIF), Equity Savings Plan (PEA) as well as Natural Person (PP) or Legal Person (PM) or indivision);
* Management of the client reference system: recording of all changes in the client's administrative file (address, taxation, pricing, management mode, powers of attorney, commercial reassignment, does not live at the indicated address (NPAI), Care of...);
* Management, monitoring, processing of customer reviews (KYC and credit reviews)
* Management of claims related to the activity; processing requests for permanent or occasional checks;
* Management of the mailbox.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+2/3 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Middle Back Office.
You are motivated, rigorous and dynamic.
You also have a good capacity for adaptation and communication.
You demonstrate method and synthesis.
