YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75), in our superb Global HQ, as of July 2024.
To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, Laura, Global Culture Senior Manager, will help you cross the finish line:

1. Culture
* Develop & support the Culture project change management phase roll-out
* Animate & support the Culture deployment communication internal Campaign
* Animate and support our local HR communities, animating & supporting the network worldwide
* Contribute to the Culture, Engagement & ID roadmap animation and mission, support Danone's transformation
* Contribute with breaking through ideas to the different projects
* Animate & Manage the Culture dashboard to track the Culture Change management plan
* Participate in the organization of internal actions related to Culture & Engagement
2. Engagement
* Support the project management and implementation of the engagement program for +90,000 employees, enabling each of them to share their voice to impact the strategic agenda of the company
* Analyze employees' insights and consolidate reports for various stakeholders
* Participate in the animation of the network of 180+ local HR coordinators worldwide (culture & engagement)
* Explore new digital tools to automate insights analysis
* Point of contact for global & local action plan teams

You are a champion:

* Available from July 2024
* You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business, HR/Communication or engineering school. Nice to have: master in change management
* Willingness to learn with agility
* Project management skills & Autonomy
* Creative mindset, ability to challenge the status quo & to think out of the box
* Strong interpersonal skills & good networker in a multi-cultural environment
* Open to learn and flexible
* Curiosity to discover the world, and to find the answers
* Ability to influence and manage complexity and confidentiality
* Rigorous, organized Good analytical skills & Data savvy
* Team player, collaborative & Open-minded
* Language : Do you speak english ? We need someone who is advanced on spoken and written level of english: 90% of the work we do is in English, so its important feel really comfortable with it. French is a nice to have
* Softwares : the pro of Excel & Power point has no more secret for you (master) or you feel very comfortable with Power point & Ms Excel and its tricks (intermediate/advanced)
