Job Description

You will join our team of Analysts within the Logistics Asset Management department, which is looking for an Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Preparation of the annual business plan;
* Data collection and validation of EDM tools (Soneka/Provexi);
* Preparation of investor reporting and KPI monitoring;
* Analysis of real estate valuations;
* Involvement in operational tasks related to assets delegated by Asset Managers (marketing, works, arbitration, etc.);
* Transversal tasks: Arbitration recommendations or value creation studies in case of works, market analyses, surveys, information gathering and synthesis to guide real estate strategy, process improvements, data integration, etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student with a BAC+4/5 level, pursuing a business school or engineering school degree, with a specialization in Real Estate/Finance.
You are recognized for your ability to quickly grasp diverse issues and for your curiosity.
You are rigorous, possess a good analytical mind, interpersonal skills, and a good level of oral and written expression. You are proficient in the Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
