Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l'unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

VOS MISSIONS

Douane
* Amélioration continue : analyser les données douane et proposer des axes d'amélioration
* Certification OEA : participer aux projets transverses visant au maintien de la certification
* Veille réglementaire : contribuer à la veille règlementaire et analyser les impacts des évolutions internationales
* Support opérationnel : apporter du support opérationnel sur les déclarations de TVA, le contrôle interne des déclarations en douane, pour répondre aux problématiques douanières internes.
* Formalisation et mise à jour des procédures douanières

Suivi Transporteurs
* Préparer et formater les datas pour les futurs RFQ
* Participation et Co-animation sur les meetings carriers
* Proposition de structure dans la gouvernance

Projets et Centres de distribution :
* Participer aux projets de mise en place de nouveau flux, et d'amélioration au sein du réseau d'entreposage,
* Mettre en place et / ou améliorer les dashboard de pilotage (KPIs) du service - Une expérience sur la plateforme Power Apps est un plus.

Transport
- Support Opérations : lancer les demandes d'emballage auprès de nos entrepôts, créer les commandes transport, préparer l'édition de la documentation import-export,
- Support Administratif : Apporter votre soutient dans le suivi du recouvrement des ECS en statut Sortie et dans le suivi des validations factures transporteurs.

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation : Master 1 ou 2 avec spécialité commerce international ou douane

Aptitudes :
* Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel
* Bonne connaissance de l'environnement international
* Connaissance d'Excel et à l'aise avec les données chiffrées

Vous êtes rigoureux, curieux, organisé et proactif.
