Stiamo cercando un Junior Insurance Operations Analyst da inserire nella nostra sede di Milano e far parte del team che gestisce il portafoglio broker e terze parti.

Il ruolo è focalizzato sul miglioramento dei processi aziendali interni per renderli più efficaci e allineati agli obiettivi di business, e sull'implementazione di una supply chain integrata per aumentare efficienza e redditività lungo la catena del valore fino al cliente finale.

Ci aspettiamo che tu:
* Analizzi e gestisca i flussi operativi;
* Supporti l'operations manager nel rendere più efficienti i processi di produzione;
* Fornisca supporto per attività di advisory su soluzioni/prodotti e sulle procedure per l'identificazione e la gestione del rischio;
* Assista e consigli i clienti su questioni assicurative e di risk management per garantire il soddisfacimento dei loro bisogni;
* Agisca come punto di contatto primario per intermediari e clienti corporate;
* Identifichi le criticità di progetto e condivida proattivamente potenziali soluzioni con il team.

Requisiti
* Laurea magistrale in economia / giurisprudenza / management o discipline affini;
* Forti capacità analitiche, organizzative e di comunicazione;
* Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
* Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;

Cosa offriamo
* L'opportunità prevede un contratto di apprendistato.
* Proponiamo una retribuzione lorda annua di partenza di EUR 28.000.
* Il contratto collettivo nazionale applicato è il CCNL "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi".
* Ulteriori benefit interessanti previsti dal contratto di apprendistato: coperture assicurative, piano pensionistico integrativo, assistenza sanitaria facoltativa, flexible benefits, piano opzionale di acquisto azioni. Ulteriori dettagli saranno condivisi durante il processo di selezione.
