Job Description

CONTRACTOR Job Description: Delivery Associate - Total Rewards Data Collection & Activation (Graduate Role)

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Total Rewards Delivery team to support the local team in the identified geography/region. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the quality and density of our compensation and rewards databases. By supporting data collection, validation, and activation processes, you will help enhance the credibility of our industry peer groups, improve roles coverage (such as Digital, AI, Cyber security etc.,), and increase client confidence during renewal cycles.

This is an excellent developmental role for individuals interested in HR analytics, Total Rewards, compensation surveys, and data-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Relationship Support

* Engage with client HR and Total Rewards teams to collect annual compensation, benefits, and organizational structure data.
* Support outreach campaigns to ensure participation from priority segments and large employers.
* Track participation progress and follow up with clients to close data gaps.
* Position access to the compensation & benefits database as a value exchange for timely and complete data submission, reinforcing the importance of high-quality inputs.
* Understand client-specific data requirements and guide them on relevant sector benchmarks, roles, and job families available within the database.

Data Activation & Database Scaling

* Support initiatives aimed at increasing data density in targeted market segments.
* Assist in mapping organizations into peer groups to ensure credibility, sector relevance, and executive-level representation.
* Contribute to building stronger datasets that directly improve:
* Peer group credibility
* Executive coverage
* Renewal confidence for client portfolios
* Promote sector-specific offerings by highlighting relevant jobs and role architectures that align with client industries to drive higher adoption and usage of the data platform.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

* Work closely with Commercial, Delivery, and TR Consultant teams to align on priority accounts and high-value market segments.
* Coordinate with Marketing and BDR functions to support data collection and participation campaigns.
* Participate in process improvement discussions to enhance workflow efficiency and client experience.
* Collaborate with product and consulting teams to ensure clients receive the right sector views, job taxonomies, and benchmark outputs aligned with their talent strategies.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR data, compensation, and workforce trends.
* High attention to detail with the ability to review, validate, and interpret datasets.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in Excel; comfort working with spreadsheets and data templates.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

* Internship or project work in HR, People Analytics, Rewards, or related fields.
* Exposure to compensation surveys or HRIS data.
* Familiarity with data cleaning and basic data visualization tools.
