What is the Accelerate Development Program?
The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.
* Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
* Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
* 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
* You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
* Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
* Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level).
* Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.
* Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, TPM, Pull System).
* Hands-on experience with Material Flow Design and Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD).
* Project Management proficiency (from conception to implementation).
* Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and SAP modules.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and lead change management.
* Professional fluency in English
