Job Description & SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our SAP Ariba team. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of procurement systems and a keen interest in digital transformation. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to support procurement operations and help optimize sourcing and supplier management using SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the configuration and support of SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, and Procurement.
* Participate in requirements gathering sessions and help document business needs.
* Support testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Help maintain system data and ensure accuracy across procurement workflows.
* Provide user support and training under the guidance of senior team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Familiarity with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms (academic or internship experience is acceptable).
* Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
