📌 Role overview

We are seeking an enterprising and dynamic Program Manager. The client is a US company that provides financial software and services to individuals and businesses. Candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to deliver exceptional results, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration while maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, Aravo, SAP Concur, or Blackline is demanded. A background in fintech or consulting firms is a strong plus, and advanced English proficiency is essential for effective collaboration with US-based clients. ​

📌 Key responsabilities

* Oversee the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Manage and oversee implementation projects to ensure alignment with client goals and timelines.
* Leverage experience with tools such as Coupa, Aravo, SAP Concur, or Blackline to support client needs.
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Apply knowledge of processes and solutions, ideally gained from consulting firm experience, to enhance project outcomes.
* Demonstrate advanced English proficiency to effectively collaborate with US-based clients and stakeholders.
📌 Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
* University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
* Knowledge of any of these tools: Coupa, Aravo, SAP Concur, or Blackline.
* Experience overseeing implementation projects is highly preferred.
* Background in fintech or consulting firms is a strong plus.
* Advanced English proficiency to work effectively with US clients.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
