Contaremos contigo para:
* · Recibir llamadas entrantes
· Atención a recepción en dado que se necesite
· Retención de clientes
· Comunicación vía mail con los clientes
· Actualización en el sistema sobre los clientes
· Entrega mensual de reportes

¿Qué necesitas tener?
* Escolaridad secundaria con proyección a estudiar universidad
* 2 años de experiencia en seguros patrimoniales o call center de seguros con perfil comercial
* Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas)
* Inglés básico
* Manejo básico de office
