Marketing Coordinator Iveco Parts F/M

The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in the Parts Marketing & Sales team of IVECO BENELUX for commercial vehicles (vans, trucks & bus). She or he will be based in Brussels area with some travel to France. She or he will be responsible for providing support to the marketing & sales manager with different activities related to the following domains: 1- Marketing support * Active management IVECO dealer signage platform: content for 125 screens/kiosks * Responsible for IVECO dealer intranet website: Business Connection * Creation of IVECO Parts newsletters * Update IVECO Parts TOOLBOX to support the dealers in local promotions * Develop the "IVECO Family" concept (loyalty actions, Challenges, Mechanic retention) * Liaise with external agencies to facilitate update of above communication tools * Brainstorm regularly to come up with creative Parts campaigns (promotions, demo events,…) * Liaise with French colleagues on IVECO parts best practices 2- Product support * Responsible for SPECIAL LINES product category for Benelux market from A to Z * Market analysis, competition comparison for SPECIAL LINES range. * Set up and monitoring of SPECIAL LINES promotions * Participate to SPECIAL LINES meetings and set up local Marketing and Sales plans 3- Sales support * Project Leader Maintenance contract reminder campaigns. * Promotion impact analysis, set up and follow-up * Daily Tracking reporting in support of FR colleagues * Update IVECO Parts & Service Manual (IPSM) sales tool * Creation and launch of new sales tools to support the Dealers 4- Marketing & Sales Administration * Support dealer marketing and sales demands * Manage price discount demands from IVECO dealers * Support and participate to local internal & Dealer Parts meetings/events/trainings

Ihr Profil:

Language skills: Fluency French and English. Dutch is a plus Level of studies: Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent by experience Good knowledge of MsOffice: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Communicative, strong organizational skills, flexible and pro-active
