PAYROLL & HR COORDINATOR

The Payroll & HR Coordinator will support the Payroll & Benefits and Human Resources Business Partners with all tasks to support them with achieving the HR team's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective, efficient and fully accurate payroll management for the full Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland population (8 countries).
Professional experience and know how: Previous experience in a junior HR or administrative role Strong interest in Payroll Personal and interpersonal skills: Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent inter-personal skills Assertiveness and emotional resilience High level of integrity Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Strong attention to detail Collaborative Proactive Highly organised Education: Bachelor degree in relevant HR studies and/or Masters degree preferred Languages; strong command of English is essential, command of the following languages is an advantage: French Dutch Polish A Nordic language
