As On Premise Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for leading, developing, and executing initiatives to strengthen the Red Bull brand and increase its presence among consumers and industry players within the On Premise universe (HORECA). You are in charge of the events/festivals and trade marketing division within the Out of Home channel. You contribute to enhancing Red Bull's relevance across all On Premise segments and converting this relevance into actual consumption. A collaborative leader, you interact with all internal and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of major image-building and business-development initiatives. You support field teams in making optimal use of On Premise marketing tools and concepts to ensure Red Bull's visibility, availability, and activation at the point of sale (POS). You are a key contributor to the annual On Premise business plan by identifying insights and translating them into concrete activities, programs, and strategies.ODGOVORNOSTI

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP OF ON PREMISE MARKETING
Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs.
Support and enable field teams to implement tools and concepts.
Peer to the national Red Bull Marketing Team (cross-departmental collaboration).
Translation of national research results, initiatives, and insight generation into new actions, activities, programs, and strategies.
Permanent observation of market trends and active search for new business opportunities in the market.
Strength-based team development and leadership with effective onboarding, training, and development.

CONSUMER MARKETING
Development of initiatives and the translation of national campaigns into the On Premise.
Delivery of scalable and highly impactful initiatives, which are all designed to win consumers, build consumption habits, and build the Red Bull brand.
Ideation, creation, and activation of consumer-facing Red Bull events
Strong collaboration with marketing teams (brand, culture, sports, Red Bull Media Network).

INDUSTRY MARKETING
Initiatives and concepts (from events to experiences, incentives, and others) that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders, including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers, all resulting in increased sales.
Develop performance driving concepts that will be engaging for the industry, resulting in a higher share of mind and overall sales in accounts and at events.
Ensure a strong and effective network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers, and the local scene, searching for new collaboration opportunities.

TRADE MARKETING
Develop marketing activation strategies for the key segments like Bars, Clubs, Shisha, QSR, Delivery, etc, to drive distribution and volume
Provide clear guidance & toolkits to the field teams to ensure a perfect implementation of the guidelines and correct use of our tools.
Be connected to the field team to ensure the right understanding and execution of our standards. Identify opportunities and support the team to achieve their targets by providing trade marketing solutions.
Management & allocation of the POS portfolio ( orders, stock management, delivery,etc.)

FESTIVALS & 3RD PARTY EVENTS
Responsible for national event & festival partnerships.
Build a partnership strategy to list our products in the most relevant national events and festivals.
Implement marketing activations aligned with the national business plan and the international festival strategy to recruit new consumers and strengthen brand love.
Close collaboration with internal marketing stakeholders to align our activations and maximize our impact ( Consumer collecting, Culture, Brand, Media Network,...)
Own and develop partnerships with key suppliers (exampe: event logistic suppliers, production agencies, and bar services)

3+ years of marketing and/or sales experience

In-depth knowledge of bars, clubs, and festivals

Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities

Commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).

Strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data).

Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now" attitude, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

University degree preffered
