The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for Serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic matter and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
What you'll do
* Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
* Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
* Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
* Must be able to accomplish personal audits
* Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
* Knowledge of reservations and sabre skills
* Average oral and written communication skills
* Candidates must meet public contact profile
