Salary: 2400 BGN per month + signing bonus + relocation package

What you'll do:

* Assist players with technical or gameplay issues through tickets and chat
* Deliver an exceptional, player-focused support experience
* Spot and report trending bugs or recurring issues to internal teams
* Work closely with a team of fellow gamers to ensure a friendly, player-to-player support environment

What we're looking for:

* Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills
* Empathy toward players and the ability to understand their perspective
* Familiarity with player support processes
* Gaming experience-understanding gaming culture and mindset is a strong advantage
