About the position
In a typical day of a Procurement Analyst I, you would be responsible for supporting and executing procurement transactions within Oracle Cloud while engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders from the Canada and US regions.

Essential functions
* Identify and resolve PO/PR processing issues PO creation/modification execution.
* Maintain supplier pricing catalog in Oracle Cloud and provide monthly price variance reports.
* Analyzes of price change requests against contract price agreement to confirm claim accuracy
* Audit purchase requisitions to ensure they are incompliance with purchase policies
* Set up in the system engineering change orders
* Creation/maintenance of Blanket Purchase Order Agreements
* Review and assist with Purchase Order and/or Invoice discrepancies to resolve pricing, quantity, and unit of measure issues to ensure payment within terms for all vendors

Technical skills required
* Proficiency in English
* High school education completed. Technical training or college education* is a plus (*Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain)
* 1 year in procurement activities
