Responsible for ensuring reliable, efficient equipment performance through expert preventive, corrective, and complex troubleshooting maintenance while supporting continuous improvement and failure analysis

Your role:
* Carries out 1st line repairs (curative maintenance) on a limited number of machines in one field of work.
* Apply corrective repair to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, electrical, or PLC related issues. Assure compliance with appropriate Environmental, Health and Safety practices gives support in product and process renewal. Advises and coaches coworkers. Create and/orImprove documentation related to maintenance procedures.
* Direct and coordinate duties for contractors
* Provide day-to-day tasks in support of Manufacturing Engineer or Manager. Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause of malfunction.

You're the right fit if:
* High school (9th-grade diploma required); desirable engineering or technical studies in maintenance, electromechanics, electronics, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of experience.
* Electronics, Electromechanical, or Electrical Technician certification from a technical institution, or equivalent hands-on experience; desirable experience in medical device companies to support effective self-training.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician; proficient computer skills (Word, Excel).
* Basic to intermediate English; desirable knowledge of GDPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and Japan regulations.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
