Key responsibilities
Depending on the area of focus, a Professional Planner can have different key accountabilities, functional capabilities, interactions, KPIs, systems and tools, and competencies
* Assisting in the implementation of plans and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
* Conducting research and analysis to gather relevant data and insights for effective planning.
* Contributing to the development of forecasting models and tools to support the relevant area of planning.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input, identify constraints, and develop integrated plans.
* Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to assess planning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Assisting in the coordination of planning activities.
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate planning strategies, performance, and recommendations.
* Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to planning, and applying this knowledge to enhance planning processes.

Educational background/experience
* Knowledge gained through formal education with limited experience and/or significant years of relevant work experienced (5+ years) gained in the specific commercial,
technical, trades or office operation area combined with vocational or technical education.
* Newly graduated from University or similar (0-2 years for a Master, 0-4 years for a Bachelor )

Operational Network Planner MY Global/CE - Düsseldorf / Upahl

Was dich bei Arla erwartet

* Zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder, insbesondere für die gesamte Deutschland und EU Organisation, in Themen der übergeordneten Produktionsplanung
* Tracking des Kundenbestellverhaltens und Forecasts in Interaktion mit benachbarten Abteilungen, wie z.B. Supply Planning, Demand Planning und Warehousing, sowie Ergreifung von geeigneten korrektiven Maßnahmen zur Steuerung der Auswirkungen
* Beschaffung von notwendigen Prognosen und Einschätzungen der Absatzerwartungen als Basis für das kurzfristige und taktische Planungsvorgehen des Standortes
* Analyse von Schwachstellen entlang der Supply Chain (end-to-end) und, in Koordination mit den beteiligten Abteilungen, Entwicklung von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
* Szenarioplanung auf Basis von Forecast und Erarbeitung des geeigneten Planungsvorgehens mitsamt Impacts für vor- und nachgelagerte Prozesse
* Teilnahme und teilweise Leitung von komplexen, funktionsübergreifenden Projekten
* Aufstellen von Regelwerken, Vereinbarung mit Märkten und die Kontrolle der Einhaltung
* Weiterentwicklung des vorhandenes KPI Dashboards der Abteilung in PowerBI als Basis für die Ableitung von geeigneten Maßnahmen

Was du mitbringst

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium innerhalb Logistik und Planung, Einkauf oder vergleichbar, idealerweise aus dem Lebensmittelumfeld oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender praktischer Erfahrung
* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion, Logistik oder Planung
* Gute SAP und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit und selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
* Analytisches Denken, Umsetzungsstärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
* Sicherer Umgang mit EDV Systemen und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
