We are looking for YOU as Working Student (m/f/d) Facility Management / Building Services (TGA) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.
This role offers hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our facilities, with a focus on technical building equipment.

These challenges await you:
* Support the Facility Management team in daily operations and administrative tasks
* Assist with the coordination and supervision of external service providers for maintenance and repairs of technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems)
* Participate in the planning and execution of minor facility projects and modifications
* Document facility-related data, maintenance schedules, and technical specifications
* Conduct regular inspections of technical installations and identify potential issues
* Support in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal facility guidelines
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth facility operations
* Assist in the procurement process for facility-related materials and services

You inspire us with that:
* Currently enrolled as a student in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
* Basic understanding of technical building equipment (TGA) systems is a plus
* Proficiency in GSuite
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken) and good English language skills
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Availability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the semester
