Sourcing:
* Demonstrate creative excellence in research and manage wide candidate pools using various sources and funnels,
* Show your online sourcing techniques, headhunting skills,
* Developing a proactive talent pool. Keep up with the new trends used by prospects,
* Make suggestions of appropriate candidate sources/channels.
* Contributing/ owning/leading improvement suggestions & implementation of ideas, projects, etc.

End-to-end recruitment:
* Understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles within KPIs,
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers and aligning on position criteria,
* Evaluate candidates through all decision processes and ensure a fair, positive, and inclusive process with biases reducing solutions,
* Provide the candidates with the best experience during the hiring process,
* Create a high-quality candidate pipeline (shortlists),
* Manage assessment methods execution,
* Conduct competency-based interviews,
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for advertisement, job postings, selecting and talent acquisition process, etc.
* Finalize offers with rewards and provide expert advice to hiring managers and present attractive offers to finalists.
* Be the role model of employer ambassador,

Stakeholder Management:
* Collaborate and create long-lasting relationships with hiring managers,
* Using data to report and confidently identify bottlenecks, and solutions in the recruiting process as well as influence key stakeholders around important decisions.

Your profile
* A University degree and at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and innovative sourcing for prospective candidates on different hierarchical levels,
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, along with a few other sourcing tricks up your sleeve.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer orientation.
* Experience with employer branding and university programs is a plus,
* Experience with Workday is a plus,
* Advanced MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English; all our internal processes are conducted in English. German is a plus, but not mandatory.
