As part of the Controlling team, you will hold a strategic position at the heart of industrial performance and the site's digital transformation.
Your role : drive, challenge and support key decisions through precise analysis of economic and operational data.

In this role, you will be a true partner to the Factory Management, connecting strategy, finance, and operational performance to support the site's development.

* As transformer you help us to continuously enhance transparency, agility and
* efficiency in decision-making
* As business partner for plant managers and departments you provide transparency
* in reporting, analytical depth and real insights into our financials.
* As teamplayer in our controlling department you play an important role in our
* budgeting, forecasting and calculation processes and contribute to steer our financial
* performance proactively.
* As designer you develop and improve our existing and / or develop new processes
* and tools by leveraging digital solutions, automation and AI.
What defines you
* Degree in management, controlling, finance, or business IT, or equivalent training
* Proven experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing
* environment
* Excellent command of SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Power Automate, KNIME,
* SAP HANA)
* Analytical and structured mindset, combined with strong ability to challenge and
* support operational teams
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proficiency in at least two languages: French, English, or German (knowledge of all three is a plus)
