Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Transport Planner to join our Planification Department based in Toulouse, France.
As a member of the iconic Beluga team, you will join the PITB organization and contribute to Airbus's major logistical challenges. Working within a multidisciplinary team and acting as a direct interface between Program representatives and ATI (Airbus Transport International) flight operations, you will be an integral part of the transport planning team.
You will be a key player within a transnational organization that drives the success of Airbus operations.

Your challenges:
* Prepare and issue optimized Beluga schedules for aircraft sections and general cargo to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
* Coordinate the timely return of empty transport jigs to their home bases to maintain operational readiness.
* Revise and re-issue operational plans in response to unexpected events, negotiating constraint relaxation when necessary.
* Act as a key interface between production lines, flight operations, and programs to monitor and report on transport progress.
* Monitor key performance indicators (Load Factor), update operational procedures, and support long-term strategic analysis.
This position requires the ability to work in shifts (2/8 on a 7/7 rotation).
Your boarding pass:
* Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Management, or Aviation Management.
* Prior experience in a production environment (Airbus experience preferred) or within an airline/complex planning department.
* Proficiency in G Suite tools and a solid understanding of industrial logistics (jig management, load optimization).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, and a collaborative, agile mindset.
* Fluent in French and Intermediate level in English (essential for transnational coordination).
