Your role

* You master the data model behind the tool and are able to discuss it with our IT teams and providers.
* You make the connection between our data landscape and calculations and the complex tool for decarbonization. You facilitate a continuous improvement journey on data quality with the data stewards & owners.
* You facilitate a community of end users, onboard and train them in our system.
* You help to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communication materials out of Houston about carbon reduction performance and progress to support the One Susty Team.
* You are the interface of the other Sustainability departments to develop the knowledge and usage of Houston in our low carbon practices and future dimensions (e.g water).
* You support the CCF reporting ensuring data integration and data readiness in Houston for yearly CSRD audit. It included data preparation, loading, verification and integrity checks.
* In coordination with experts maintenance of the emission factor process ( update, harmonization…within Houston
* You are able to connect this with the Data Assets
About you

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
* You successfully completed your University degree in environmental science, Data Science or another relevant field.
* 5+ experience sustainability project management / data management,
SKILLS
* You are a process oriented and structured mind
* You have the ability to navigate a complex landscape and deal with vast amounts of data.
* You have a good knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies, tools (e.g., LCA software), and industry standards.
* You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex environmental data into actionable process
* You have good project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* You are fluent in business English and have a good command in another major language.
