Your mission, should you accept it… Airbus Corporate Security's primary mission is to protect our assets from malicious cyber and physical threats. The Security Programme Office enables strategic piloting of security activities by delivering and managing the security portfolio. We are now entering a growth and maturation phase. As a Security Programme Business Partner, you will support the expansion of our portfolio management to new scopes and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-performing maturity.

Your challenges:

* Contribute to the rollout of the Security portfolio management across new divisions and regions.
* Enhance the operating model, processes, and tooling to ensure lean and scalable performance.
* Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the "drumbeat" and workflow of the Security Office.
* Facilitate user adoption by simplifying management tools and processes for the security community.
* Support the evolution of the security funding structure (CBS, rules, and SoW).

Your boarding pass:

* Master's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
* Solid track record in business performance, PMO, or process optimization.
* Familiarity with security frameworks and technical security environments.
* Proven ability to translate complex challenges into pragmatic, user-friendly solutions.
* Rigorous, quality-oriented, and able to travel for business (Europe/Worldwide).
