The Opportunity

As Consolidation and Accounting Manager, you will lead group consolidation and complex accounting matters, ensuring robust reporting and control. You will support strategic decisions that underpin An Electric Britain, partnering senior leaders with confident, evidence-based insight.

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead consolidation reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
* Provide technical accounting expertise across IFRS matters and complex transactions
* Oversee acquisitions, disposals and new contracts within statutory and management accounts
* Act as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement across consolidation and reporting processes
* Lead, coach and develop a high performing team

About You

* Qualified accountant ACA, CIMA or equivalent with extensive post-qualification experience
* Strong track record in consolidation reporting with up to date IFRS knowledge
* Experience of Hyperion, Anaplan or OneStream, or the ability to learn systems quickly
* Broad financial and management accounting experience including complex transactions
* Strong commercial judgement with confidence managing risk and challenge
* Clear communicator who translates complex issues into concise messages
* Proven people leader who builds capability, engagement and accountability
* Methodical yet flexible, thriving in a fast paced environment
